We had a nice leisurely morning. Matt and I went for a walk in Kahana while the girls laid low in the room. We packed the cooler and beach bag for an afternoon at Kaanapali Beach.
Another beautiful day, but a little windy and strong waves! It's amazing that the ocean conditions can vary so much day to day. Matt took the girls out to Black Rock for a few jumps, but it was an exhausting swim with the current.
Allison actually found some down time and a good book!!
We had passed by this ice cream shop a few times in Lahaina and finally decided to stop.
Oh my! It is now my new favorite ice cream on the island! It is a cross between ice cream and gelato and all of the flavors are made on site. We sampled several
but I fell in love with the Almond Joy and Chocolate Macadamia Nut!
After some down time at the room, we went back into Lahaina for dinner at Lahaina Pizza Co. and one of the most photographed sunset spots on the island!
So grateful for this time with them!
I don't ever want to go home!
