"Gold Dust or Bust"

 Allison's class has spent the last several weeks rehearsing for a short play called "Gold Dust or Bust" about the California Gold Rush.  Today, they performed it in front of all of the parents and we loved it! It was a mixture of class songs and small group skits.

 Here Sutter and Marshall talk about finding gold on their land.  They should have kept it a secret, but word quickly spread.

 These gold diggers kept hoping they would be just as lucky.

 The Carnival Barker was busy trying to take advantage of people's hopes and dreams.

Faith, Allison and Kylee were the children of the 49er's.  They were the first class to perform this at TTES and I hope the tradition continues!
