College Tour Day #3

We made it to Danville late last night and continued our college tours with Grandma and Papa.  Our first stop was UC Berkeley.
The campus was much greener than I thought
and has so many historic buildings.
The bell tower was such an iconic monument
 along with Sather Gate.
The sports traditions are so strong here and the rivalry with Stanford is one of the best.  This would be a very tough school to get into and I'm not sure we saw another blonde girl on campus, but it was a fun spot to tour.
We had a delicious lunch at Spenger's Fish Grotto
and visited the final school…St. Mary's in Moraga.
This school is very small, but hidden away in such a peaceful setting.

Taylor said it felt a lot like a mission and was just too small…especially since it has fewer students than her high school!
After all of that walking, we earned a treat at CREAM in Walnut Creek…yummy ice cream sandwiches!
