Taylor, Allison, Emily and I drove up to Danville for a week with family and friends. Unfortunately, Matt had to stay home to save his vacation time for Alaska, but we had a great time touring and visiting. Emily has family in the Bay Area too, so she drove up with us, spent a few days with her family for a graduation and then spent the rest of the week back with us.
Soon after we arrived, Taylor was quick to take Emily to one of their favorite spots...the creek across the street from my parents house where I spent lots of childhood days.
Chris, Aimee and the kids came over for an evening BBQ.
The girls had fun playing with Merritt, even though she wasn't feeling so hot.
It was an early night for all of us after a busy day.
