After saying goodbye to Taylor, we made our way west along the 70 towards Salina, KS. Manhattan was the perfect midway stop to get some dinner and check out another college campus...one of KU's rivals...Kansas State University.
We are all impressed and so surprised by it's size! It was very clean and had some beautifully traditional buildings, but it was so spread out!
The football stadium and basketball arena were super cool, but far from main campus. 
It would have been fun to be there on a school day, but I'm still glad we got to check out the home of the Wildcats.
One of my favorite features was that campus was walking distance to Varsity Donuts! Donuts were only 89 cents and super yummy.
