I just love this picture and all that it represents. Taylor is absolutely loving her time at KU. She works hard on her studies, has made some great friends in her dorm, attends so many campus events and she is so happy to be close to Andrew after their year apart. Kansas has been good to her and that makes my heart happy!
Let's Go Aztecs!
We spend the afternoon tailgating before tonight's Aztec game.
We bbq'd and visited with Matt's co-workers Luis, Dan and Adam, along with some of their family.
It was a closer game than we anticipated, but the Aztecs beat Northern Illinois and improve to 5-0!

Mr. and Mrs. Duffy Dodson
The 3 of us drove up to Fresno for the weekend to attend the wedding of Natalie and Duffy. I can't believe we have known him since he was in 5th grade!
The wedding ceremony was held in Natalie's family backyard right on the golf course.
Just beautiful!
Chip and Teresa looked fabulous and are so proud of Duffy!
The reception was held at Fort Washington Country Club.
We had an amazing filet dinner, delicious cake and it was a stunning venue for dinner and dancing.
First dance as husband and wife.

Family Weekend at KU
Sadly we couldn't get back to Lawrence for Family Weekend. We just dropped Taylor off a few weeks ago so it didn't make sense to book another round of flights. Luckily, Karla and Taylor flew in and let Taylor join their family for the weekend.
They had a few meals together, tailgated and went to the football game and attended an event at the Chi Omega house. I love this KU tradition and hope we get to attend next year!

SoCal Blues Cup
The girls played in Oceanside this weekend for the SoCal Blues Cup. They started off slow with 2 losses, but came back strong with 2 wins on Sunday.
Besides good soccer, the girls had fun at Texas Roadhouse for a team lunch.
Great job Arsenal FC!
